This volume of Ultraman Themes concentrates on the themes appearing in Ultraman TV shows. When listening to this disc the first time it was easy to dismiss as an inocuous batch of pop tunes. Make no mistake, that's exactly what this CD is, however upon repeated listening it grows on you. At least it did for me. I enjoyed it much more the second or third time I heard it than I did the first. Also considering I only paid $17.80 for this CD (and that's from Ark Square in Japan) it's a bargain. Considering how much Ultraman product has been on Japanese TV, the running time on this disc is a bit short at almost 47 minutes but well worth it at the price. All tracks are vocal tracks, there are no instrumentals here and one or two tracks have showed up on other CD's.
