Following the release of the Ultraman Ace 45th Anniversary Music Collection naturally came the Ultraman Taro 45th Anniversary Collection. Like the previous set, this set is comprised of three CDs, each in an individual jewel case, and a separate booklet all contained in a thin cardboard slipcase.

The first disc features the background music in stereo, while the second disc has a lot of the same music only in mono. Music enthusiasts may like being able to choose between stereo and mono versions of the songs, but more causal listeners might just see it as a lot of redundant music. The third disc is a comprehensive collection of songs used during the series along with a selection of sound effects.

The bonus content on the second disc is music from the 1984 film, "Ultraman Story," featuring a young Ultraman Taro. As far as I aware, this is the first time this music is available on CD and it may be a good reason to seek out this set if you already have one of the previous Ultraman Taro soundtracks.
