REVIEW |
This is a great sounding CD of Akira Ifukube's music as performed by the Japan Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra. It's basically divided up into three long suites of music with the headings of "Symphonic Fantasia No. 1", "Symphonic Fantasia No. 2" and "Symphonic Fantasia No. 3" . All the really good stuff is hear and a joy to listen to. Fans of Ifukube's Godzilla and other kaiju film music will not be disappointed if they find and pick up this CD. |
