May 19, 2001 This CD released in 1991 brings us music from four different movies: "FRANKENSTEIN CONQUERS THE WORLD", "GODZILLA VS. MEGALON ", "WAR OF THE GARGANTUAS" and "GODZILLA VS. THE SMOG MONSTER". A decent sampler from the four movies. This music shows up later on Futureland releases in expanded form with each movie getting a full disc of it's own. Before anyone e-mails me asking, Track 17, "Return! The Sun" is NOT the vocal track sung in English. This is an instrumental track that sounds like a 1960's acid flash back. Each of the 10 volumes in this CD series gives slighly more or less than an hour of music. Since they were released back in 1991 there is a very good chance they are now out of print and hard to find. You may still occasionally run into them on eBay or other auction sites and may even run across a copy elsewhere. They are well worth picking up if you don't already have other CD's with this music on them or are a completist as many of us are. |
