REVIEW |
March 22, 2002 Volume 2 starts off with the same vocal track as Volume 1. From there the instrumentals take on an ominous, mysterious tone that somewhat reminded me of music from the first "Batman" movie. This darker music then gives way to a mixed bag of styles. We get some fast, jazzy, funk type tunes on this disc that are very reminiscent of U.S. 70's music. Then there were some more vocal tracks and some tracks that were very similar to what was on the first volume. Again, musically it was an enjoyable CD but somewhat different than Volume 1. |
