REVIEW

December 29, 2001

Track 1 is by Akira Ifukube and is the longest of the three tracks clocking in at 21:20. This is a nice, mostly action oriented piece that I enjoyed very much and didn't have echoes of other Ifukube tunes as many of his CD's do.

Track 2 is by Kiyoshige Koyama and I was surprised at how similar it sounded to Ifukube's track. Again a very pleasant listen.

Track 3 is by Yuzo Toyama and is the shortest of the three tracks and also the softest and most mellow. No action here.

Overall I really enjoyed this CD annd found myself wishing it was longer and contained more tracks.
