REVIEW |
As you can tell from the track titles, most of this CD is comprised of background music from many different films. The majority of the tracks have the sound of the big bands of the 1920's through 1940's and some tracks have a jazz combo type feel to them or 1960's style lounge music. Some of the sequences in these various movies take place in Japanese night clubs and this music reflects the music playing in the background during those scenes. I really enjoyed listening to this CD. If you're a jazz fan or fan of big band music you would probably enjoy this too. It is not your typical monster movie music with lots of action music but instead has a variety of styles and tempos. This would be a pretty good CD to have on as background music while doing other things. |
